In a landmark move that underscores its commitment to global expansion and excellence in real estate, Rajeef Koneswaran has achieved a monumental milestone by acquiring RE/MAX Master Franchise rights for Sri Lanka. This strategic acquisition comes at a time of double celebration, as RE/MAX Community Realty Inc.
commemorates it’s 10th anniversary in Canada. The acquisition not only exemplifies the company’s remarkable journey of growth and success but also highlights its unwavering dedication to customer service, comprehensive training, and well-being of its agents.
Established a decade ago in the heart of Canada, RE/MAX Community Realty Inc. has risen to become one of the largest and fastest-growing real estate companies in the region. Over the years, the company has etched a remarkable reputation for its commitment to fostering strong client relationships, ensuring agent success, and providing top-notch training. As the company marks its 10th anniversary, the acquisition of the RE/MAX Sri Lanka demonstrates its vision to expand its footprint globally while staying true to the core values that have fueled its success.
With an eye firmly set on the future, Rajeef Koneswaran and his business partners Shaseevan Ganeshananthan and Sajeev Edward are prepared to make a significant impact in the Sri Lankan Real Estate market.

Becoming a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency
Holding ongoing consultations with the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and the Huron-Wendat
Completing a pre-design study representing the consultation process with the Tamil community

Hiring an Architect to advance the project through the design and municipal approvals process
This year’s Tamil Radiothon aims to raise $200,000, with the invaluable support of East FM 102.7 Radio, a steadfast partner in this annual philanthropic event. The radio station’s reach and influence will undoubtedly contribute to the campaign’s success. We are eagerly anticipating the main event, scheduled for September 26th, where community members and supporters will once again unite to make a positive impact on healthcare facilities in the Scarborough region.
The SHN Foundation’s Tamil Radiothon showcases the strength of unity and the power of philanthropy, exemplifying the boundless potential when organizations, individuals, and media collaborate to create a brighter and healthier future for all. Join us on September 26th as we continue to rally behind this vital cause.
