As 2023 draws to a close, I reflect on the incredible strides we’ve made together as a community. This past year has been a testament to our resilience, dedication, and unity in the face of challenges.
As we embrace the holiday season and approach the dawn of a new year, I extend my warmest wishes to each and every one of you. May this festive season be filled with joy, peace, and prosperity for you and your loved ones.
I also want to take this opportunity to encourage you to renew your membership with us. Your ongoing support is the cornerstone of our success and enables us to continue fostering growth and collaboration within our community.
Let us carry the spirit of togetherness and collaboration into the coming year. Together, let’s continue to innovate, support each other, and foster growth within our community and beyond.

CTCC Christmas Mixer 2023
The Canadian Tamils’ Chamber of Commerce (CTCC) hosted a heartwarming and spirited Christmas Mixer on December 13th, bringing together more than 160 members of the community for a night filled with laughter, joy, and holiday cheer.
The event, held at the White Shield Banquet Hall was a resounding success as attendees immersed themselves in the festive atmosphere, enjoying an array of delightful activities and spreading seasonal merriment.
The Christmas Mixer, curated to celebrate the spirit of the season, featured attractions, such as Christmas carol, live music, games, special performances, door prizes ..etc. Guests were also treated to delectable holiday treats and beverages, fostering a sense of fellowship and warmth among participants.
The overwhelming turnout and the infectious holiday spirit truly made this event a memorable one.
The Canadian Tamils’ Chamber of Commerce extends heartfelt gratitude to all participants, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who contributed to making the Christmas Mixer a resounding success.

The Markham Tamil Organization Golden Club joyously commemorated Christmas at the Aaniin Community Center on December 8th. A delightful feast was graciously provided for our cherished seniors, made possible through the benevolent support of CTCC’s Community Initiatives. Heartfelt gratitude extends to Murali Sivaguru, President of CTCC, and Christeen Seevaratnam, VP Community Relations, whose visionary leadership sparked this incredibly meaningful initiative.
Corporate Members' Spotlight Video Interview
We are thrilled to extend an exclusive opportunity for you to feature in our highly anticipated CTCC Spotlight video series. This is a chance to showcase your expertise, success, and contributions to our network.
We have allocated two days, December 19th and December 20th, 2023, specifically for these interviews between 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This exclusive window allows for 30-minute time slots dedicated to recording your interview. The actual recording will be kept within a concise timeframe of 5-10 minutes.

As we embrace the spirit of giving during this festive season, the Canadian Tamils Chamber of Commerce (CTCC) is excited to announce our initiative to bring warmth and comfort to those in need through our Sock Drive!
With the winter chill fast approaching, many in our community face the harsh reality of the cold without basic necessities. We believe that a small gesture, such as providing a pair of socks, can make a significant difference in someone’s life.
We invite all our members to participate in this meaningful cause by contributing new socks to our drive.
The deadline for drop-offs is December 18th.
