An election of the Board of Directors for the 2020/2021 year will be held at the Chamber office on Saturday November 28th and Sunday November 29th from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Due to Covid-19 spread and strict guidelines by the Provincial and Municipal Governments, CTCC board and the nomination committee has made a decision to conduct the election for 2 days, so that members can come in ONE PERSON at a time and vote. No meeting will be held on that day.
Only members who have paid their current membership dues at the time of the voting shall be eligible to vote. We encourage members to renew their membership in order to be eligible to participate and vote on this day.
Our Virtual Annual General Meeting will be held on December 5th at 10:00 a.m. by Zoom. Another email invitation will be sent to you with the ZOOM link and meeting ID’s before the AGM.
