The CTCC ("Chamber") was founded in 1991 to develop and foster entrepreneurship within the Tamil Community in Canada. The Chamber has continued to expand and be a vital organization. The lack of a dedicated space has limited the Chamber to satisfy its mission.
The Chamber has identified that the lack of space has inhibited its ability to fulfill its purpose. The Chamber is forced to rent external space to hold events, meetings, or discussion with its own members. It is the Chamber's belief that the Chamber can provide more value to its members by hosting more events, larger meetings. more frequent workshops, seminars and it will allow its members to use the space for improving their business.
Not only will the new space provide more value to its members, but real estate is an appreciating asset class and will only grow over time to deliver further value to its members.
28 years into our inception, we must grow further to fully meet its potential and deliver the most value for its stakeholders. The Building Committee was formed to advise the General Members whether this project is feasible, to execute the project and to deliver the results!
If the proposal is not finalized to purchase the building OR if at least 50% of the target funds are not collected by August 31, 2020, the money collected will be
