Join Us for the Annual General Meeting & Board of Directors Election
Dear Members,
We are excited to announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the election for the Board of Directors will take place on Saturday, October 26th, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the CTCC Business Centre, located at 80 Travail Road, Unit 1, Markham, ON.
The Nomination Committee has accepted the following candidates for the 2024/2025 Board of Directors:
Mr. Ari A. Ariaran – President
Mr. Vithu Ramachandran – Executive Vice President
Mrs. Patricia Peter – VP Internal Affairs
Mr. Suresh Tharmalingam – VP Finance
Mr. Thayaharan Navaratnam – VP Finance
Ms. Christeen Seevaratnam – VP Membership
Ms. Kanchana Thuraisingam – VP Community Relations
Mr. Rahulan Sana – Director
Mr. Mahen Singarajah – Director
Mr. Gobi Thiru – Director
Since there are two nominees for the position of VP of Finance, members will vote to elect one of them during the AGM on October 26th, 2024.
However, we value your feedback and input. If any member has concerns or objections regarding any of the candidates, please submit them to us no later than 6:00 p.m. on October 14, 2024. The Nomination Committee will thoroughly investigate any concerns, and if necessary, we reserve the right to revoke a candidate’s participation in the upcoming AGM.
We encourage all members to join us in person for this important event and participate in the democratic election of the CTCC Board for 2024/2025. Please ensure your membership is current to be eligible to vote.
